Returns

- Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@i-women.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Refunds
Refund Process:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Shipping Costs
Return Shipping Costs:
